Most people are decent and good mannered. But some bad apples in this country did most of the bad stuff. Worse of all the crowd do nothing and just stands there. Them being deliberately oblivious to their wrong doing.
Some even ran away at the sight of accidents. Just to evade the responsibility of being an eyewitness. This a good topic, accidents. I will do an accident related topic in the following comic strips.
